"Walking Down The Path Of Life" was performed by Brian at the end of his Summer 2005 USA shows in conjunction with Love And Mercy as the concert closer. A very spiritual, gospel-type song, this was released as a special single to benefit victims of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Markus Sandlund, who played cello on Brian Wilson's Smile album and was part of the tour that year, was one of Hurricane Katrina's victims.
